Winky Face

Twas the day of the Oscar's and all through the house, not a creature could rest not even my dog. So, instead of sleeping and preparing for the Oscar's I went to have brunch (and attempt to sell clothes at Buffalo Exchange). It must seem like I go out to brunch a lot, but in reality I probably only go once a month. But anywhose, I don't like just waiting around for the Oscar's so I went out and enjoyed the day (although the sun did not want to come out to play). I hope everyone else had a great Sunday. Until next time, TTFN ta ta for now.

Wednesday Addams

IMG_1093 IMG_1077 IMG_1080 IMG_1083 IMG_1087Dress: Forever21, Shirt: Vintage, Earrings: Nordstron's Rack, Watch: Vintage, Shoes: Nine West How appropriate I am posting this outfit on Wednesday? I didn't even think this outfit was Wednesday-esque but then one of my co-workers said "You look Wendy's from the Addams Family?" "You mean Wednesday?" "Yea, my bad, I meant Wednesday." And then I realized I did kinda look like Wednesday, thank god I didn't do milk maid braids (which I was seriously thinking about). Love how even when I'm not trying I unentionally dress up. Well, TTFN ta ta for now.

Unconventional Valentine

Shirt: Zara, Cardigan: GAP, Pants: GAP, Shoes: Target, Watch: Vintage, Bracelet: GAP, Earrings: Jeweliq, Necklace: Jeweliq

This my very casual Valentine's themes outfit. I didn't actually wear this on Valentine's, but was inspired by Valentine's when I was putting the outfit together. Simple, and casual seemed appropriate for this year, as I have absolutely no plans. Well, beside gluing my butt to the couch. This glued butt session will consist of me binge watching Netflix and anime. I have been really nostalgic lately and have had this huge urge to watch anime. So, if you are looking for me look no further than the couch. TTFN, ta ta for now.

The Black Swan

Shirt: Forever 21, Cardigan: H&M, Skirt: Sheinisde, Shoes: Asos, Watch: Vintage, Bracelet: GAP, Earrings: Forever 21

I love this skirt, it's so fun and unique. When I got it I told myself I would save it for a special occassion, and then realized, I don't really have many special occassions so I decided to just wear it. And you know what, people loved it. I got a lot of compliments, and I questioned "Why did I wait so long?". This just reinforces the idea, "those who hesitate are lost". So, try not to hesitate and just live. TTFN, ta ta for now.

Vintage Fashion Expo Attire

Dress: Vintage, Underskirt: Etsy, Shoes: Mix No.6 (DSW), Earrings: Asos, Purse: Kate Spade

Man, sometimes I wish I could just wear my vintage dress in everyday life every single day. But alas, I don't; and that's why I was so excited for the Vintage Fashion Expo. So, I busted out one of my favorite dresses, straightened my hair, and prepared my wallet for a beating. When I got there I was greeted by some truly beautiful vintage items, and some truly brutal prices. This reminded me why I typically buy my vintage items from the flea market. However, I couldn't help but buy one dress; it is a beautiful dress that I hope to show off soon. Until then, you can check some of the lovely items I tried on above (I really loved those hats, man). TTFN, ta ta for now.

Shenanigans in LA

IMG_0775 IMG_0692 IMG_0693 IMG_0698 IMG_0705 IMG_0776 IMG_0768 IMG_0732 IMG_0730Shirt: Vintage, Skirt: Nordstrom's Rack, Shoes: Target, Hat: Urban Outfitters, Purse: Kate Spade, Necklace : Flea Market Ah yes, another flea market adventure. But this time I decided to wander around LA for a bit afterwards. Lots of fun adventures were had, including: finding old military jackets, eating ice cream, and seeing movies. The ice cream might have been my favorite part. I finally went to Salt & Straw, and boy, it was worth the hype (I was so excited to eat it, I didn't even get a good picture to post, sorry). I like less conventional ice cream flavors, so salted ice cream with a caramel swirl, is my cup of tea. God, I love LA, so many different things to do and see (only sucky part is that you have drive every where). Well, until then TTFN, ta ta for now.

P.S. Yes, I hurt my ankle (from last week) and have to wear a wrap/brace for two weeks or so. Sigh, being not-graceful is painful.
